In force majeure situations, it is easy to get confused, so it is crucial to be confident in your actions, to help and not to harm. Am I confident that I can act correctly and quickly in emergencies? No. Therefore, as a Reva Foundation volunteer, I decided to organize an intensive course conducted by experienced instructors.

Having worked out the skills of providing first aid in various situations - from helping a casualty of a car accident to situations with mass casualties, we figured out what must be kept in an individual first aid kit, studied and practiced ABC ( Airways, Breathing, Circulation) and CPR. I hope that the acquired skills won’t be used in real life, but it is more confident to live being aware of them.

The classes were organized by the nonprofit Reva Foundation with support of the Medical Hub Odrex. REVA Foundation provided individual medical kits, tourniquets to stop bleeding, and other equipment, so that the classes could be not only theoretical, but practical as well.
